Commission FAQ

A commission can begin with a feeling, a moment in your life you wish to honour years from now - or a new version of yourself you´re ready to embody. Together, we can create an image - or series - which becomes a meaningful part of the atmosphere of your environment.

You may commission portraiture, abstract or figurative pieces, or a nature-driven series. Sessions can take place on location or within crafted sets in my studio.

I create visual heirlooms - tailored by a brief shaped specifically for you. We begin with a call or meeting in my studio space to explore your ideas. You can share a written intention or visual references beforehand.

After an initial consultation, I adapt the aesthetic direction, location, and styling which is most suitable for you. We begin after your confirmation and any final adjustments.

Private commissions are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated - each piece is created to reflect a specific feeling, mood or energy for a particular person.

If something from my existing work resonates with you, you´re welcome to reference that image or series as inspiration in your enquiry. Select limited-edition prints from my personal projects are also available on request.

How does the commission process work?

Email evelyn.mgracie@gmail.com with your preferred dates, medium of interest, and an outline of your idea and budget.

I reply personally Monday-Friday within 48 hours. If it feels aligned for us both, we begin.
